How to use your KONG

Quick stuffing:  mashed fruit or veg (e.g. banana, pumpkin, berries), wet dog food

Frozen challenge: layer kibble + wet food + fruit + veg, freeze overnight for long-lasting enrichment

Meal replacement: use as a slow feeder by filling with your dog's regular meals

Anxiety relief: stuff and freeze for stressful situations (thunderstorms, alone time, vet visits)
