What Would My Drunk Best Mate Say About Me?
And why it’ll help you get to know me!
... a DOG WHISPERER but like, ethical.
Are you wondering who I really am? Or what I’m really like?
We’ve all got that one mate who’s a bit extra after a couple of drinks, right? You know the one who, when tipsy, suddenly decides it’s time to announce the truth about everything in their life.
Here's what ChatGPT thinks my drunk best mate would say about me.
You know, the version of me that’s not all business and dog behaviour talk but the one that’s just, well, me.
"You don’t even UNDERSTAND how much Annie LOVES dogs. Like, not just ‘likes dogs’—she's basically a dog translator, a dog guru, a DOG WHISPERER but like, ethical. She knows exactly what a dog needs just by looking at it. It’s WITCHCRAFT. And she doesn't take any nonsense, either. If you use one of those awful shock collars? She WILL judge you. With her whole soul."
"Also, she has this ridiculously big heart. Like, she’ll spend hours making sure some stressed-out pupper finally feels safe, and she actually cares about what’s best for the dog AND the human. And she’ll tell you the truth even if you don’t wanna hear it. But in a nice way. And did I mention she’s funny? ‘Cause she is. Like, sneaky funny. You think she’s just being normal and then—BOOM—some dry, savage one-liner that has you wheezing."
"OH. And she only sells the good stuff. No crap. If she wouldn’t give it to her own dogs, she wouldn't sell it. Ethical QUEEN. And if you need help with your dog, just LISTEN TO HER. She's always right. I don’t make the rules."
Your mate is out there right now, passionately ranting about your dog wizardry to some poor stranger at the pub.
I bet there's also a slightly teary moment where they’re like, "No, but seriously, they just CARE so much, and they work so hard, and people don’t even REALISE how lucky they are to have them!!!" before attempting to hug you and nearly falling over.
Why am I telling you this?
Well, while I could go on about how I approach behaviour and training, and the methods I use to make sure your dog feels safe and supported, this is both freakishly accurate and a light-hearted peep into my personality! This is what you’ll get when you work with me - a mix of professionalism, dedication, a lot of heart, and maybe a few good laughs along the way.
I don’t post a ton on social media (because, well, social media …), and blogging is a bit of a new venture for me. But I want to give people a better sense of who I am and what it’s like to work with me - beyond the educational posts and training advice. So, here we are!
Wolly, judging, with his whole soul if the cookies don't come fast enough.
