The New Zealand cohorts would normally have a 5-day in-person workshop after the completion of the online portion of the course. Our workshop was scheduled for early April and was subsequently cancelled. The team at KPA HQ were quick to ensure that our cohort did not lose momentum and was not disadvantaged by the situation. They promptly put together a 3-day virtual workshop that assessed and tested the bulk of the curriculum.

We have provisional certification for a year, and that will be converted to the full certification upon completion of an in-person 2-day workshop to assess remaining components, which maintains the integrity of the KPA assessment process.
