Initial Consultation

Payment Policy: The initial consultation will be invoiced at the time the appointment is scheduled and must be paid in advance of the scheduled date. Initial consultations are non-refundable.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Your Whole Dog Limited requires 24 hour notice to reschedule an initial consultation appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will not be rescheduled. Initial consultations may be rescheduled once.

Training Packages

Payment Policy: The training package (either 3 or 5 sessions) will be invoiced at the time the first appointment is scheduled and must be paid in advance of the first scheduled date. Training packages are non-refundable and must be used within the specified timeframe (4 weeks for a 3-session package, and 6 weeks for a 5-session package).

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Your Whole Dog Limited requires 24 hour notice to reschedule a training appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit that appointment. Training appointments may be rescheduled once.

Training Follow-Up Sessions (Casual)

Payment Policy: The follow-up session will be invoiced at the time the appointment is scheduled and must be paid in advance of the scheduled date. 

Cancellation Policy: Your Whole Dog Limited requires 24 hour notice for the cancellation of a follow-up (casual) session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will not be refunded. Training follow-up (casual) appointments may be rescheduled once.

Training Follow-Up Sessions (Regular)

Payment Policy: The first follow-up session will be invoiced at the time the first appointment is scheduled and must be paid in advance of the scheduled date. All subsequent sessions will be invoiced weekly and payment is required on receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation Policy: Your Whole Dog Limited requires 24 hour notice for the cancellation of a follow-up (regular) session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be charged at half the usual fee.

Walks

Payment Policy: The first walk will be invoiced at the time the appointment is scheduled and must be paid in advance of the scheduled date. All subsequent walks will be invoiced weekly and payment is required on receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation Policy: Your Whole Dog Limited requires 24 hour notice for the cancellation of a walk. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will be charged at half the usual fee.
