Covid-19 Protection Framework (Traffic Lights!)

From 5th April 2022 My Vaccine Passes will no longer be required for in-person appointments.

All appointments will adhere to the guidelines in place at the time of our appointment, including the use of masks for both you and I, and physical distancing. And it goes without saying but I'll say it anyway: if you are unwell, waiting for Covid-19 test results, or have been asked to isolate by Public Health, you will need to cancel and reschedule your appointment. My cancelation policy does not apply in this circumstance, although as much notice as possible is appreciated.

Initial Consultation

Payment Policy: The initial consultation will be invoiced at the time the appointment is scheduled and must be paid by the specified due date. Initial consultations are non-refundable.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Your Whole Dog Limited requires 48 hours notice to reschedule an initial consultation appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will not be rescheduled. Initial consultations may be rescheduled once.

Training Follow-up Sessions (pre-paid)

Payment Policy: The training sessions (either 3 or 5) will be invoiced at the time the first appointment is scheduled and must be paid by the specified due date. Training sessions are non-refundable and must be used within the specified timeframe* (4 weeks for a 3-session, and 6 weeks for a 5-session, *unless otherwise arranged with Your Whole Dog at the time of booking).

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Your Whole Dog Limited requires 48 hour notice to reschedule a training appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit that appointment. Training appointments may be rescheduled once.

Training Follow-Up Sessions (casual)

Payment Policy: The follow-up session will be invoiced at the time the appointment is scheduled and must be paid by the specified due date. Follow-up sessions are non-refundable.
